Peel zucchini and dice them into small pieces.
Do the same with the red peppers, onions and tomatoes.
Sauté everything in olive oil and butter at low heat, during twenty to thirty minutes.
Add the sugar, salt and pepper and cook for 10 more minutes.
Accompany with egg and slices of bread, also grilled.
